FAQ

Will my bouquet be exactly like the picture?

We have carefully curated a selection of bouquet styles and size options in the hope that we can represent the quality, look and colours of the arrangement you will receive or send. Whenever possible we will use the stems shown online in our imagery however as flowers are seasonal this is not always possible. When this is the case we will craft an arrangement that matches your chosen bouquet's style and value with flowers that are currently available and at their best.

Can you deliver my flowers today?

We can offer same day delivery to our Sydney delivery zones, 7 days a week, if you are able to place your order by 3pm. For same day delivery to an address outside of these areas or late orders please call to discuss with our florist and we will do our very best to meet your requirements.

Can I pick my online order up in store?

Absolutely! Simply select 'Store pick up' at checkout and we will call to let you know when your flowers are ready.

What happens if there is no one home to accept the flower delivery?

If no one is home and we are able to leave the flowers in a safe location, we will leave them. Our flowers are always wet-packed so they will last out of water for some time. However, in some situations we cannot leave the flowers for example during hot weather, intense rain or security apartments where access is restricted. In the situation your flowers cannot be delivered, our driver will bring them back to our shop and you will be contacted. The recipient is welcome to collect the flowers from our shop free of charge or there is an $11 re-delivery fee.

How should I care for my flowers?

For cut flowers in a bouquet it is suggested to cut 1-2cm at an angle from the end of the stem and place stems in an upright container (preferably glass) with fresh room temperature water and flower food. Ensure no leaves or greenery are below the water line in the container as they can cause bacteria to form in the water which will shorten the life of the flowers.

Flowers are best kept at room temperature between 18 – 22 degrees and are also best displayed away from direct sunlight, heating or cooling.

Every few days, remove the flowers from the container or vase and re-cut the stems. Remove 1-2cm from the bottom of the stem (again on a slight angle) and be sure to clean the vase before refilling it with room temperature water and adding flower food.
